Hi Jonathan,

That depends a whole lot on the version of FM that you're using... pre v7,
when the web serving moved from the client app to the server app, there were
all sorts of issues and problems, but I've found since then that about the
only thing that really trips the system up is if you're actually editing the
specific record which FX is trying to access...

Prior to 7 there was a whole plethora of things that could trip the system
up, but IIRC from recent posts you're using v8 so things should be fairly
'safe'...

I know that there are best practices that say that you shouldn't work 
on live files...but we do anyway...or at least I do.  Sometimes, you 
have to scoot in and make a fix and then scoot right out again.

What actions and/or conditions will generate errors or failures in an 
fx solution?  For example:
	- Target layout is in Layout Mode in a Remotely opened copy of the
file
	- Manage Data is open in target file
	- Other?
