[FX.php List] error 958 parameter missing from query

Hi William

If you have a copy of the orig page still up (before this change),  
try copying some formatted text from Word (bold/italic/colored...)  
and pasting it into your textarea.  For me at least, I saw the  
problem and could see that the charset change did indeed fix it.
