[FX.php List] imagemagick / magickwand - OSX

Hi Michael,

Yes, I have it working on my testing Mac (OS X 10.4) and a live  
server belonging to a client (OS X 10.3). I am not using Macgickwand.  
I use PHP exec() to access ImageMagick. I'm not doing anything  
terribly sophisticated with it, so that is sufficient for me.
