[FX.php List] creating an export file - Beautiful!

Hi Jonathan,

I use and recommend FPDF. I also use its extension FPDI quite  
heavily, as it expands FPDF to allow template usage. (FPDF itself  
only allows creation of new PDF files from scratch.)
