[FX.php List] upgrade problems to FMS7A

Upgrade complete. It's a testament to FX that it took me only a few hours to
migrate from FM6 as a data source to FM7. Aside from the obvious changes
like database names and usernames/passwords, the only gotcha that I found
was the (Filemaker) issue that the -max value formerly accepted 'All', but
now requires 'all' or a number.
