[FX.php List] Converting CDML to fx.php

Hi,

I have to convert a project from CDML to fx.php. Is there any 
document that one would recommend I look at to make this job easier?

Obviously I have looked at the iviking site, but I haven't seen any 
nice "If you do this in CDML, you do this in fxphp" type of 
documentation.

Maybe I am just missing it.
