[FX.php List] offtopic - Is there a way in php ( timezone stuff )

 to determine timezone depending on IP?

Lets say I go to bed at 2:00 and wake up around 10:00 then I would
like to display on my homepage what time of the day it is here and the
chances for reaching me awake are, depending on the timezone of the IP
that logged in, that was theory.

Practically this means Chris Hansen could go to my homepage,
get the impression, "oh it's 4 o'clock at night where Gjermund lives
I'll consider to wait at least 6 hours to call him." Would this be a
cool feature?
